¥100 Authorization Charge

If you have updated your payment method through your Mobal online account (MyAccount), our system will perform automatic security checks on the information you provided.


These checks will include an authorization against your payment method for a small amount (usually ¥100).


Please rest assured that this is only an authorization and we will not actually deduct this amount from your account. The authorization will be removed from your statement within a few business days.


Please be advised that newly updated billing information can take up to 2 business days to appear on your Mobal online account.


Any charges that you incur from Mobal will usually display a reference of “Mobal” or “Mobal.com” on your statement and as charges will originate from our head office (which is located in the U.K.) your statement may also mention the locations “Hednesford” or “Cannock”.
