Activation Guide (WiFi Device)

Step 1: Getting Started 


Once you have received / collected your WiFi Device, you can submit an activation request directly from your Mobal online account (MyAccount): www.mobal.com/myaccount


Login details will be sent to you via email (shortly after placing your order) or you can request a password reset link from the login screen.


Once you have logged in to your account, simply visit the "Services" section and click on the "Activate" button found next to the relevant product -



 





Step 2: Enter Product Details 


You will then be asked to enter the "IMEI" number of your WiFi Device.


The "IMEI" number will be located on the sticker / label on the back of the device.







 




Step 5: Payment


If you select an activation date that falls part way through a calendar month, the first plan fee will be pro-rated (for service between the selected activation date and the end of that calendar month). 


All plan fees after the initial fee will be billed in full (on the 1st of each month) and plan fees will continue in this way until you manually terminate the service.



 






After you have completed these steps, you can submit your activation request for processing.


Once your Mobal plan has been activated for the requested date, you will receive a confirmation email.
