Simply send an email to our returns team (within 8 days of the activation of your service) and tell us why you're not satisfied: returns@mobal.com
Our returns team will then review your request and provide you with an update as soon as possible!
However, please be advised that handset compatibility issues are not covered by this policy as all compatibility requirements are explained on the Mobal product page for each service.
Shipping charges, plan fees and usage fees are also not covered by this policy (only the initial purchase fee will be refundable) and all items that you received from Mobal must be returned (including any accessories etc) in undamaged condition / in the original packaging.
The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for a maximum of 3 months from the initial purchase date (if the service has not yet been activated) or a maximum of 8 days from the point of activation.
