Collection Option

If the delivery option will not be suitable or you would prefer to collect your order, simply select the "Pick-Up (Free)" option when going through the checkout process. You will then be asked to choose a pick-up date and your preferred collection point.


When selecting a collection point, you’ll be able to view full details of each location (i.e. the store name, address, opening hours etc) and your order confirmation email will also display your chosen collection point / date.

Changing the Collection Point / Pick-Up Date:


If your travel plans change after placing your order and you would like to select a different collection point / pick-up date, simply follow the instructions found here: Changing your Pick-Up Point / Date

 


What to bring to the Collection Point:


  • Your Mobal Order Confirmation Number

  • Your physical Passport (no photocopies / scans /digital versions will be accepted and the Passport must not be expired)

  • The passport must show your First Name and Last Name and (if you are purchasing a voice capable SIM or eSIM product) the name shown on your passport must match up with the name provided for the order

  • You must also be over the age of 18 (if you are purchasing a voice capable SIM or eSIM product)



Under the age of 18?


If your under the age of 18, it will not be possible to purchase / collect a voice capable SIM or eSIM product.


However, you could consider purchasing a Data-Only product instead as the age restriction only applies to our voice capable products.

 


What if the name on my I.D. doesn't match the name on my order?


If you are purchasing a voice capable SIM or eSIM product, the name on your order must match up with the name shown on your passport.


If you entered the incorrect name when ordering, simply place a new order using the correct name and then send an email to support@mobal.com quoting the original order number. We will then arrange for your original to be cancelled and process a refund.
