In your email, please include the name of the eSIM product and plan you are considering transferring your Mobal phone number to and our team will look into this for you!
Our Data-Only products operate as a prepaid service (which means that no adjustments can be made to the plan or SIM type) and so unfortunately, your Data-Only SIM Card cannot be converted to an eSIM.
If an eSIM is now needed, you would be required to place a new order directly from your Mobal online account (MyAccount) by clicking on the "Buy New Product" button (found at the top of your account).
