If an alternative SIM/eSIM type is required, you would be required to place a new order directly from your Mobal online account (MyAccount) by clicking on the "Buy New Product" button at the top of your account and following the prompts.
As mentioned above however, please be advised that the replacement SIM/eSIM will be assigned a new phone number once active.
Once the original service is no longer required, please also ensure (if you are using a Mobal product that’s on an ongoing plan) that you submit a termination request by following the instructions found here: Termination Guide
